- Full payment is required before the start of each class
- If payment is made by check, the class fee is due fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the first class
- In order to guarantee the number of students in a class, the entire class fee is non-refundable.
- Class fees may be paid by check to Capital Confectioners or online via PayPal.
- NSF checks will result in a fee of $35
- Deposits are forfeited for no shows.
- If a cancellation is received within two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of the first class, a credit less a $25 administration fee will be issued. This credit can be applied to future classes and will expire after six (6) months from the date of cancellation.
- Unfortunately we cannot provide “make-up” classes for any missed sessions, so please be sure to attend all sessions.
- If Capital Confectioners cancels a class, a full refund will be offered to the student, however Capital Confectioners does not accept responsibility for hotel or airline cancellation penalties or other expenses incurred due to class cancellation.**
- Full classes will have a waiting list. Please contact us directly if you would like to be added to the waiting list.
- We try our best to start classes on time. Please be sure to allow enough time to arrive and prepare prior to the start of the class. Every attempt will be made to keep the class running smoothly and on time, however some classes may run over, so please plan accordingly.
- Cameras are allowed in class, however please check with each instructor prior to use. For the consideration of fellow students and the instructors, please be sure to set all cell phones and beepers to vibrate.
- Students are responsible for bringing tools and equipment listed for each class, unless otherwise noted in the class outline. Please be sure to bring a pen, paper and an apron to each class.
- Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing.
- All full day classes will include lunch, unless otherwise noted in the class outline.
